You will always have people who don't communicate changes in MX
hosts, outbound mail hosts and the DNS zone. Services this closely
related, forgetting one is dumb and the effects are visible immediatly.

If you see how many DNS zones have lame servers, how many DNS servers
have old DNS zones in it, how many whois records have invalid contact
address and how many MX gateways still relay for old zones...
