[H-GEN] Cron Jobs and Logs

This should be a simple job but I just can't seem to make it work for
me.

I have set up a cron job which updates my local mirror every day and I
would like to have the server email me the logfile created as a result.
This also would be a cron job.

If I use the "mail" command e.g.

mail -s Mirror Logfile someone at someplace.com

what can I put into this command string to get it to read the contents
of the file into the body of the message. I have looked at "man mail"
but it is a bit obscure to me.

I also run qmail and alternatively run e.g.

echo To: someone at someplace.com | /var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject

Both have been tested on my system and both just send a blank email with
nothing in the body (as one would expect). The "Life with Qmail"
handbook is equally obscure.

I just need a little push in the right direction and I don't care which
command gets used.

Thanks in advance,

Rick Phillips
