Well I think he has a case. A summary of the whole SCO debarcle so far 
as I see it:

SCO: Hey, IBM put millions of lines of our code into Linux.
SCO: All you guys using Linux have to pay us money.
IBM: What code?
SCO: Well, we haven't go the latest source to AIX so we don't exactly know.

I think the hurdle for CyberKnights is proving that the whole SCO mess 
is "engendering fear and uncertainty amongst clients".

My clients ask me, I tell them that it's a crock and that's the last I 
hear of it.
