Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the general manager of a Brisbane based company that manufactures 
mineral processing equipment. We employ around 160 people which translates 
to significant costs in terms of IT expenditure. Since I am interested in 
lowering our IT costs (which in many ways means reducing our dependency on 
Microsoft) about 6 months ago I had my IT department set up a linux machine 
with Ximian desktop, Ximian Evolution and OpenOffice. I have used (almost 
exclusively) this computer since June last year and for the most part I am 
very happy with it as a solution. I do have however have the odd 
"challenge" that I would like resolved and consequently I would like to 
make contact with an individual (possibly a uni student) or a company that 
really knows their way around linux and in particular Linux desktop 
solutions.

I would be most grateful for any advice that you may be able to provide and 
I thank you in anticipation of your reply.

PS I have visited your website and I would like to attend your meetings and 
become a paid up member of your club.
