Hi All...tnx for the replies but i got it to work ok....
here is how....
Sit down and think outside the square.....hard on old brain

Try Minicom ...set it up for ttyS4 to see if that is the 2 port
card.....setup the dailer and try to connect...well eureka it works so
the 2 port card has been found by the boot up....

Now back to KPPP...no go as it wont accept the ttyS4 param.....
why not try a symlink to /dev/modem.....use MC to do this as its quick
and easy......now check KPPP ...wow that works also....now reboot to
check if it works all the time....

Yep we have it....thinking outside the square can work sometimes...
