[H-GEN] Outlook inbox can't receive mail

I have struck this before - a customer, who I am sure has a hard time
knowing how to breathe let alone use a computer, somehow pushed the
preview window bar/border up to the top so that the incoming email
window literally disappeared.  The bottom of the window was jammed up
under the tool bar.

Try pulling it down or go to the view tab and try selecting another
view.  All should then be revealed including the "missing" emails.
