Thanks for the comments so far,

I have contacted the owner of gym, he was the one that wasn't going to
tell me "squat", I have sent the letter. The email was from inMail.sk
they are a free email site and on their site is has that there are no
conditions for use. I guessed that it would therefore be a pointless
exercise in contacting them.

I was sure that there was some anti-spam laws in AU, I just can't find
them.
