I've been interested in starting an email campaign to elect a particular
day of the year as "exercise your gym membership day". On this day,
everyone who has ever purchased a gym membership and never uses it will go
down to the gym and flash their card. The chaos that ensues (as gyms
majorly overbook their capacity) may result in an overall decrease in
telemarketers and other spammers trying to sell us gym memberships, and
even if it doesn't, it would be terribly funny.
