Look in /etc/network/interfaces. See the interfaces man page:
interfaces(1) for info on the format.

As long as you aren't pickup up stuff via DHCP (which I'd say you aren't)
you can modify the nameservers in /etc/resolv.conf. Follow the pattern
already there. If DHCP is in use it will modify this file.

Amusing considering Snapgear (based in Brissie, btw) use Linux on their
boxes.
