Yes, but[1]... It is possible to tell the mailing list manager that an
excessive .signature (that is, text after the '-- ' separator) is 'taboo',
and should be bounced to the moderators.

However, the offending text in Tony Melia's mail has the following
characteristics:

	Theres no '-- ' to split on. (implying that you've got to match
		the exact text)
	The text occasionally changes. (implying that you've got to
		occasionally change the matching)
	It appears to be automatically appended, and not under the control
		of Tony's mail client.

Particularly the last point, I can think of more productive uses for the
moderator's (Jason and myself) time than editing people's emails to remove
an offending footer.

In the end, it'd be a far more productive usage of the List's time if Tony
would take his own steps (ref Paul Gearon's mail) to ensure that such text
is not appended to his mail.
