Good morning All,

I have been asked to circulate, for comment and information, a draft of a Bill 
to be presented to the Parliament of South Australia by Ian Gilfillan from 
the Australian Democrats.  

This is a revised version of a Bill that didn't gain sufficient support due to 
the efforts of political lobbyists.

The document is in the form of a 105kb PDF file.  I thought it not appropriate 
to post the file directly to this list.  So, I'm offering to forward the 
original email to anyone who may be interested in reading or making comment 
on it.  Don't be frightened to ask, its only just over two pages of reading.

Please respond to me directly rather than to the list.
