They need to shoot everybody who has ever glimpsed the mozilla
code and get an entirely new team to implement it from scratch
if they ever hope to turn it into something they can be proud
of.

I find that if I ignore html email, people either get bored by
my lack of response and go away or they figure out how to send
text/plain -- either of these outcomes is fine with me.

The people who did netscape, mozilla, firebird, etc., really
don't have a clue about software engineering, so this kind of
failure is not at all surprising. I could rant on about this
for ages (and will do so in another forum on another day).
