Hi,

I am looking at getting a ide raid card. I am not sure if it will be a
software or hardware raid card it will depend on price etc.

I wanted to know if anyone knows of a site that lists supported cards or has
had good experience with certain cards and also experience with cards that
give troubles. I only need 2 hard drives to run through the raid card.

I would like a raid card that is supported by the kernel and will pretty
much work out of the box.

I run a Debian system and have done some google searching but still not sure
about what to get.

My budget for a raid card is under $100.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
