On my RedHat 8.0 system, the manual says the same thing. But an strace
of vim reveals that it does not try to open those files. Instead in
tried to open:
/usr/share/vim/vim61/macros/vimrc
and /usr/share/vim/vim61/macros/gvimrc
My guess is the manual on RedHat 8.0 is wrong.
