Tell them to learn of their obligations.  If you claim the
item is faulty, the return freight it at *their* cost.  After
all, they claimed it was good and made you pay shipping ;)

    If faulty goods have to be returned to the place where they were
    bought, any freight costs should be borne by the seller. This
    could be the manufacturer if goods were bought direct from the
    manufacturer.
