Good point, know any good ones that I can cut and paste :)
The details won't be used for any marketing etc, it's just an
oppurtunity for them to send some feedback. They don't have to fill out
their name, ever, and they only have to enter an e-mail address if they
want a reply. The only required fields are Subject and Message, that's
less details than if they sent an e-mail.

Ok, I setup that CSS by cutting and pasting from a tutorial, the font
family has now been removed from the CSS file. Hows it look now?
The other problem that I created by just cutting and pasting was the
HTML 4.0 complience. I was not aware of the difference between ID and
CLASS. Lots of searching Google, many tutorials read and many many cries
of "I don't f%$#%^g understand, I am doing what the tutorial is saying
to do but it still isn't compliant, why not" I almost gave up. I then
found a tutorial that explained the difference between ID and CLASS.
For those that don't know, ID (starts with a '#') is a style that you
can apply to one object on the page, CLASS (starts with a '.') is a
style that can be applied multiple times to different objects.
The above knowledge represents about 2 hours of self taught education :)
In practice using ID or CLASS makes little difference both IE and
Mozilla display the page the same way, it does however matter for HTML
4.0 Transitional complience.
Apart from the font slip up anything else?
