[H-GEN] ADSL internet providers

Would any Humbuggers offer advice regarding ADSL providers?

I'm looking for unlimited download with static IP. I've read some of the
discussion forums for TPG. Many contributors seem disgruntled regarding
service and low download speeds despite recent network upgrades.

Who do you use? And are they any good?

 

I've had a quick look in the archives but haven't found any discussions
directly related to this question.
