Yes, this is a common problem with RT2 :)  Either that or it's hard to
find all the neededperl modules (the make fixdeps scriptdoesn't seem
topick them all up :)

It is very new - only a few weeks old perhaps.

Btw, I know of another helpdesk system called, imaginatively, helpdesk.
Haven't tried it, but it gets good reviews.
