RT1 - yes, and it was too limited.
RT2 - couldn't get it to install, so no.
RT3 - didn't know it existed, so that's another no.

No problems it will be a work in progress with alot of ideas/code 
'borrowed' from other GPL projects such as RT (RT is GPL isn't it).

Eventually I will be running it in "public space" (ie hosted MySQL 
database) that client's can request service and my tech's working from 
home (when I get tech;s that is) can do their stuff.
