Exactly the sort of behaviour I wish to encourage B-). That plus network
installs.

I can currently manage SuSE and Red Hat install media. I suspect that
Debian will not be a problem. I already have most of the mini distros I
want. I have no updates lined up yet, other than sucking them of the net.
I might see what Everything Linux can do for me in the way of update CDs.
Looking at the timing I have to work with, it looks like I will be buying
the HD and sundry other 'puter upgrades on Saturday morning. I may have to
bring all my new bits to the meeting and spend the first few minutes (or
more) with my server in little peices. After that, comes the big copy
operation.
Looking at my HD size options, I may end up with enough space for ISO's as
well, but my priority is network installable files from FTP, HTTP, NFS,
SMB, whatever. FTP and HTTP are currently setup, and I'm working on SMB as
we speak. I don't know much about NFS, and it's (probably ancient and
fixed) security problems scare me.
