Does anyone know Anthony Irwin and have contact with him offline?
Although he has recently sent a question to this list, his mailbox
appears to be full:

Would someone please call Anthony and let him know (obviously sending
him email will do no good).

Anthony, if you somehow see this, it'd be politic of you to try to fix
