SuSE 8.2 comes with a big load of documentation and a suitable doc server
setup with search capabilities. This includes HTML access to the man and
info pages. That is the base. I also have -
All the RFC's updated at each meeting.
The whole LDP site, soon to be updated at each meeting.
Most of the Sun Java docs all linked to each other rather than the usual
links to java.com or sun.com.
Whatever documentation comes with the dozens of Linux / BSD / other distros
on the distro server side of the box. Since most of the ISO's are mounted
through /dev/loop, you can peruse the files via HTTP or FTP. The other
ISO's I will get around to mounting soon. Then I will slowly but surely
add them into the search database.
In the Open Source world, "Use the source Luke" is a form of documentation,
so I have the source code packages for all those Open Source distros B-).
The LDP and most of the distros I copied from some HUMBUGGERS HD at a
meeting. Sorry, I've forgotten your name, I'm terrible at names. The Java
stuff I downloaded from Sun and massaged the links myself.
I'm always open to suggestions about what to add to my Mega distro and doc
server. At least until I run out of HD space.

I used to be an Air Force brat...
...compared to a Hercules full of evacuees that slowly but surely had all
but one engine fail while it flew from one end of Australia to the other,
anything you have to pay for is comfy.

Do you have a HTML interface to that?
