Hmmm, that suggests another option to me. I don't know if it's supported in
XP (Home) but in Win2k when you go to map a share you have an option of
specifying another user/pass to connect to the share with. This user/pass
is stored somewhere and if you enable the "reconnect at logon" option you
don't seem to need to re-enter that password. If you want to connect as
user in the domain you simply enter the username as domain\user. I'm pretty
sure this does not require the machine to have a domain account... but don't
quote me on that.
