    Hi Greg,
            I think that Slackware is still thought of as the most Unix
like of the Linux distributions.It would fulfill all of your needs,but I
don't know about its support for wireless cards.
            I am using Libranet Linux which is great but nobody could
accuse it of having a small footprint.
