Well the talk is mostly prepared, I expect to finish it tonight.  As a
brief outline, I'll be discussing

- What problems is concurrency often used to solve.
- Different forms of/approaches to concurrency.
- Problems introduced by concurrency.
- Introduction to some of the primatives used to combat said problems.
- Personal discussion on safe/unsafe form-primative combinations.

Will hopefully take no more then 30 min + questions.

As a developer I'm most interested in the HOWTO of i18n.
