It's a non-trival task for many reasons. Ultimately it's much better
to install a good quality virus scanner on the desktop you're browsing
from.

There are some products that do, but they're of fairly dubious
quality. The most they'll stop are rogue java applets or small
uncompressed files. Anything large, forget it.
