[H-GEN] Dynamic DNS seems to have a problem - or does it?

I keep seeing sets of four lines (word wrap notwithstanding) like the 
following in the log.  Unfortunately, I don't know what its trying to tell 
me.  Can anybody please point me to a man page or a url that will give me 
some clues.  Alternatively, tell me what I've done wrong so I can fix it.

The address 172.30.44.23 is the DHCP server (and the DNS server).  The host 
tonyg.minestar.au is a WinXP DHCP client.  I have tried to configure the DNS 
server (Bind 9.2.1 on RH7.3) to allow updates from the DHCP server 
(dhcp-3.0pl1) and from a few specific IPs not including WinXP clients.  The 
list of IPs includes the hosts own address as well as 127.0.0.1.
