I use iTel ADSL at home, their 'unlimited' account for 100 bucks a month, in
my opinion yes, they are totally unlimited, I have been with them for over
six months now, my roommate and I download constantly, when we arent
downloading we are playing Neverwinter, and have never recieved a warning
saying that we are using too much data.
