Yep, thats the disadvantage with Cable vs ADSL.  Cable is shared
bandwidth just like a coax network, so it will slow down as more users
start using it.  ADSL is direct from you to the exchange, so the other
users don't bother you so much.

Wireless internet will also suffer from this problem as it is also
shared bandwidth.
