paragraph you are commenting on - I did not say what you think I said.
Mosix was being lenient. They may well be able to retract the GPL
license they had granted earlier. As AJ said, this has not been tested
in the courts for free software, but it *has* been tested for shareware
in Australia and the author's right to change the license in that case
was upheld. Better still read the link AJ posted earlier - it is the
original source, written by an Australian lawyer. Here it is again for
