| Jason Parker-Burlingham <jasonp at uq.net.au> moved upon the face of the
'Net and spake thusly:

| Unix v7, eh? Ever used Minix? Last I heard it was now free.
Yep, it's free alright, I've got it loaded on my 286 ;-)
It's a 70MB download AFAIK from
http://public.ftp.planetmirror.com/pub/minix/ or
http://www.cs.vu.nl/~ast/minix.html

| Jeez, I once had a *PC* with a 10MB hard drive. (Admittedly, I only
| ever used it to hold the door open. :-)
|
| Sorry Jason, can't help with the device naming, those neurons got
recycled.

I'm doing better than you then, I've got a Timex/Sinclair 2068 with 72KB
RAM and *no* hard drive. This baby runs of audio tapes and ROM
cartridges. Still works, I haven't fired it up in months though. ;-)
