Exchange4linux is still the way to go, check it out at sourceforge. 

BTW the exchange handles email is closer to IMAP than pop3, and the
calender/scheduler is done via the MAPI protocol. It is possible to use
POP3 (internet email mode to outlook) and MAPI at the same time. I
recommend reading the docs on the exchange4linux website, they go a long
way to explaining these things.
