Heh, he needs to be trained to stay awake later then.  Try with the 3 
lines (and only the 3 lines) from my earlier email, leave the others in 
there if you like, just make sure they are all disabled.  I haven't done 
a full CD install for a while so I'm not sure about the lines for the 
CD, does seem a bit odd though.

I generally use the net install CDs.  These are about 80M or so and have 
everything required to get a base system up and running and during the 
install it sets up the sources.list to point at whatever mirror you tell it.

Can be a bit slow on dialup though.
