The interface between the ppp kernel code and pppd has changed at least
twice before with new stable series.  I'd rtfm the Linux-kernel list for
details as it may have happened again.  If it has there should be patches
against the latest pppd (or the changes might even be included).

Other than this, how is 2.6 looking?
