The following X session script works perfectly for me:

	#!/bin/sh
	pwm &
	mozilla

You'll see that the mozilla process is run *after* the window manager
and so when the browser exits, so will the script, and the window
manager will die when its display goes away.

I think this will work just as well if you use twm (I don't have it
installed).
