Hm, this sounds like a rather interesting and important data point. Is
it "most" or "all"? If possible, temporarily swap out the TNT2 for the
GF2, and see if it works.

NWN doesn't take much CPU horsepower, it depends a lot more on graphics
card power. However, the TNT2 isn't exactly well known for its superior
processing horsepower...

md5 sums are quite a nifty thing, in a nutshell they cryptographically
ensure that the source file is probably the same as the destination
file. Great for when you are downloading ISO's :-)
run 'md5sum <filename>' to generate the md5 of that file, then compare
the generated sum with the supplied sum. If they match, your files are
OK, if not, the files are corrupt.
The man page explains more.

lower-casing the file extensions. That was for beta 3, tho. It may
have changed.

Fair enough then. Don't forget that there's quite a few 3-day weekends
coming up ;-)

I don't have a problem with troubleshooting on the list, as it IS under
the list charter (getting software running under Linux), but if others
would rather not see this then by all means I'll take it off-list.
(others: Please email me privately if this is the case!)

A. Because we read from left to right and from top to bottom!
Q. Why should I place my response below the quoted text?
