G'day,
We have a VPN between our Brisbane Office and our Shanghai Office that has
been performing *reasonably* since installation several years ago.
Generally ping times have been around 1200ms +/- 400ms but last Friday
week at around 5pm ish ping times went to about 5000ms +/- 3000ms. Clearly
this sucks.
My question is, given an IP address, how do I find out who is responsible
and what are the chances of getting them to fix it?
Has anyone else had a similar experience and ifso any success in getting
it resolved?
Thanks
Peter Arnold
