Hi folks,
anybody out there ever managed to get the voice part of a voice modem to 
work under linux (either as a telephone or an answering machine)?
If so, what was the process? what software? what hardware/distribution? 
how painful was it?
(If you've tried and failed, I would also apprecaite your viewpoint :-) )
