[H-GEN] hard disk crashed. Help!

Computers don't always like a "run in the sun". The cable from the HDD
to the motherboard has probably loosened slightly. Just remove the case
cover and try reseating the cables. We strike this problem all the time
with our customers who move their machines around a bit.
