Yeah, yeah.  I dropped a footnote.  Do I get to give the universe a good kick?

Anyway here's the missing footnote.

[1] We want the source code.  No code escrow isn't acceptable.  Yes 
encrypted is fine.  What about the key?  Yes key escrow is fine.  Sheesh!
