This suggests either
1) It is a _very_ lightly loaded box - ie, it can't even be bothered
using more ram as cache.
or
2) A really big app just exited. After an application closes its memory
is freed and may later be used by another app or cache, etc. For a period
of time the free memory will appear significantly larger than normal. If
there is no great call for the memory it may stay free for sometime.
Cheers,
