Assuming you have the rp-pppoe rpm installed, you can use the RH network
control panel thing to set up pppoe.  This is the RH way of doing it, if
you need to you can stuff around with
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ppp0 to tune it when it is done.
