You will only get 'Bcc' headers if something has gone wrong, and someone's
remote MUA has not stripped out the 'Bcc' header before sending it.
( Its best to think of the 'Bcc' header as 'This email will also go to
these other people, but they won't see the 'Bcc' header nor anyone else
that I might have sent it to )
