Err... should I be worried that I don't find sendmail.cf's to be that
complicated or that these days I just include my custom rules in my
sendmail.mc file and use M4 like any other sane person?

I will say this now - the documentation that comes with FreeBSD (just look in
/etc/mail sometime) makes sendmail configuration very easy (albeit from my
point of view anyways).

The truth to the matter is that all MTAs (postfix,qmail,sendmail,etc) have
their pluses and minuses.  The best way to work out which one is the best is
to give each of them a go at configuring and the one that gives you the least
amount of headaches is probably the one for you.
