Looking at the majordomo folder, I see a bounce message from a non-member
address of 'david at audiovisualdevices.com.au'.  This is, quite possibly,
your problem ('avd' != 'david').  Please remember that the Humbug lists
are restricted to postings from subscribed addresses and that majordomo
has no way of knowing that a given email address is an alternative form of
a subscribed address (uinless you've subscribed the alternative to
'general-post').
