I have been with UQ for about 5 years...maybe even more and I have found
them pretty good (except for a few hardware changes that caused some grief).
My cost is about $75 a quarter as I dont have the little extras that JHP
does ... from St. Lucia it is a reduced price phone call too! There is the
300 mb a month download limit so Linux downloads are out of the question for
both speed and capacity. As a standbye facility I have recently added a TPG
connection and I have had a reasonable run with them too
