[H-GEN] ADSL providers

I have found Pacific Internet quite good...they offer a slightly higher
speed than some (1.5 Mb) and a base 1 Mb per month download - well at least
they did, have not checked recently on their offerings. I have found that
they have not been down much...maybe 3 or 4 times a year only once during
the year with a substantial outage, the other few times were for an hour or
so. Also they gave me a fixed IP address. They did offer a modem/router
which was very handy for connectring a network.
