You can push out the plastic rivets that hold the original heatsink on
and replace it with an aftermarket unit, it's VERY brutal tho.

The fan with duct attached comes off quite easily if you squeeze the
ends of the duct together, easy as.

I'd probably try and get a new Intel duct/fan combo rather than try and
get the heatsink off the CPU. Can't help you with supply tho :-/
