[H-GEN] Processor fan for Slot 1 PIII 600

I have a Slot 1 (the stupid cartridge type) PIII 600 that the fan has
failed on. The fan is built onto the shell that came with the processor.

Does anyone know 
	a) how to pull the stupid shell off, and 
	b) where I can get a replacement cooling system?

The machine itself works fine, I just have a problem throwing out
otherwise perfectly good hardware because a $5 fan died.
