Did I say anywhere that there weren't other conditions? :)

"window manager" is a subset of "runs under X" but has other conditions.
It just so happens the only condition I needed to mention to negate 
"Microsoft windows" was "runs under X".

Boy this should go to chat if it continues :)

I hope we don't have to come up with a more rigorous definition of "window 
manager" :)
